Charlie

Charlie is SO PRETTY! This handsome young boy was caught in Andersonville as a stray and we don’t know how anyone managed to catch him, because he is also very busy. Charlie would in a do best in a home that has a lot of patience, this boy is pretty much feral and deserves nothing but compassion. He would love to live his life with other parakeets who are a little more grounded, or humans who are willing to work with his high strung nature. What a brave guy!
