Moxie lives up to her name! This gorgeous lady was found as a stray in Waukegan, and her finder was gracious enough to bring her down to CLEAR. She is curious about people and other birds alike, and although she isn’t hand tame YET, we believe that she’ll bond with humans given enough patience and consistency.
